I’ve been with Cullen for 14 months, starting in market research before transitioning to the People & Culture team. My day to day generally looks like writing learning material, delivering training sessions and strategising for the future. Through mentorship from colleagues and managers, along with internal and external leadership training, the professional development opportunities have been extensive.
